Order processing & File preparation process
1. In order to fill in order form, you can download an order form from one of the link below; choose your interests, such as design, production, or installation; choose the types of work, such as banner, billboard, Japan flag, or Inkjet sticker. Please contact us at 02 959-6448 or send E-mail at cs@ivorytower.co.th for more advice and information.
2. Send your form via E-mail: cs@ivorytower.co.th or fax: 02 959-6447.
3. After our company has received your order form or your invoice form already, our sales officer will contact you back to inform you via E-mail, fax or telephone according to customer’s requirement in that form.
4. When customershave received our quotation already and want to confirm your order according to the quotation, customers must pay a deposit according tothe indicated total amount (to see payment method click the following link)http://www.ivorytower.co.th/orpay. If customershave been registered as company and need a tax invoice, please send us your Company Certificate together with VAT Registration (VAT20) by E-mail or Fax.
5. After our company has received your confirmation deposit, we will start made to order from the confirmed quotation, and then we will deliver the product to you according to the given condition.
6. You can ask for moreinformation or edit detail with sales quotation officer byher given name and contact number.
Before you will send your artwork file for vinyl banner printing service, please check the complete artwork as follows:
1. Fonts in artwork, you should create outline or send your specific fonts that you want to use on your item together with an outline in case our company does not has your specific fonts.
2. You should save file as .ai, .pdf, .psd, .tiff, .eps
3. The resolution of file should be set to 72-300 dpi.
4.You should attach your artwork together with jpeg image file, so that our company can check the accuracy of file according to customer’s design.
5. If customers would like to proof colors have to inform our company and inform us about Pantone number that you want to use or send color codes that you also want to use to our company by post.
6. Period of time in printing is 1-7 days depend on the quantity of order goods and the resolution of prints.
The Final Step of sending Vinyl banner file process to our company
1. At first, Log in to http://www.wetransfer, then complete all of the following information.
2. Click on the Add Files button, andselect the artwork file(s) for Vinyl banner printingto upload.
3. Click the “Friend’s email” button for sending mail to company’s E-mail: cs@ivorytower.co.th
4. Click the “Your email” button, then enter your email address behindE-mail:
5. For Message, please identify citations of file to our company, such as quotation no., customer name, and contact number.
After you completed all of the following information, click Transfer button to send file. How long it will take to upload your filedepends on your internet speed.
